Youth Permission Slips
In order to participate in any of our offsite events, all youth must have a permission slip completed by a parent or guardian.

This permission slip will also be used for TACOS activities.
Summer Bible Camp
We are exploring opportunities available for COS youth to attend camp in the summer.

No student should miss this experience due to financial difficulties.
